Oscar Zahouani
Co Founder
Oscar Zahouani is the Co - Founder of Sterling Brooke bringing an extensive background in Project Management, cleaning & manging properties on the guaranteed rent model.
Oscar is a certified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) which he achieved under a leading reinsurance broker in Liverpool Street. It's here where his people & strategy skills were developed. Through managing his own portfolio of serviced accommodations, Oscar has navigated from setbacks, difficult situations & success.
With an extensive reach out of contacts from Metropolitan housing association to contractors Oscar has a reputable reputation within the property Industry.
Oscar Baines
Co Founder
Oscar Baines started his career in sales and marketing, where he developed his ability to connect with people and drive business growth.

With a passion for real estate, he transitioned into the world of property management, founding his own serviced accommodation sourcing business.

Starting with finding ideal units for investors, Oscar quickly expanded into managing properties himself. His attention to detail and commitment to providing a hassle-free, profitable experience for landlords has established him as a trusted name in the industry.
Oscar’s dedication to excellence ensures that both landlords and guests are always well taken care of.
Massimo D'Anna
Operations
Massimo is a Partner at Sterling Brooke overseeing the management of Bookings & guest handling - he also has his own Portfolio under Azzuri Properties.

Massimo previously worked within a senior management role within the financial services industry, was directly responsible for accounts of over £2m
revenue per annum and has worked with HNWI individuals, leading private equity firms, hedge-funds and corporate services providers.
Various qualifications in the financial services industry and is a Chartered Governance Professional of the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland.
